For Bell The Florist to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Bell The Florist by phoning +6019-3531113 or by emailing: sales@Belltheflorist.com
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received.
To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your credit card number is accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues, however please be advised that your order cannot be despatched until payment has been confirmed.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Bell The Florist will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.
Please note that your payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. (iPay88). The name of Mobile88.com or Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd will be shown on your credit card / bank statement and you will also receive a notification email from iPay88 on this transaction.
Cancellation of Orders - Should you need to cancel your order; a refund will be given with an administrative fee charge of RM50, ONLY IF notice is received by Bell The Florist 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date/time. 75% of the total order value will be charged for cancellations received within 24 hours of scheduled delivery date/time. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared.
Normal delivery hours for Bell The Florist are between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Saturday. Bell The Florist offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 1pm from Mondays to Fridays, and by 12 noon on Saturdays.
Bell The Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
As Bell The Florist is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.
Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Belltheflorist.com website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.
All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Flowers/Plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.
Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.
Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.
Products/colours/containers may vary in regional/interstate areas.
